The Volunteer Agreement form is the PMI Minnesota Chapter contractual agreement between a new committee volunteer who is either joining PMI-MN Volunteering for the first time or transitioning to a new volunteer position. This form is to be completed once per year or per each new role/position change (whichever is more frequent).

The following short tutorial provides instructions on how access and properly complete the Volunteer Agreement.

The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>Minnesota Chapter of PMI</b></i></span>&nbsp;via URL <a href="http://PMI-MN.org">PMI-MN.org</a> and click <span class=""><i><b>Login<br><br><br></b></i></span>

Enter your&nbsp;<span><i><b>Username&nbsp;</b></i>and&nbsp;<i><b>Password&nbsp;</b></i></span><br>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Login</b></i></span>

Click the Members Only dropdown and select&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>PMI-MN Volunteer Agreement Form</b></i></span>

You will be taken to the first page of the form. If you are a committee chair click "Operations Committee". All positions aside from Board and Committee Chairs click "Standard Volunteer".

Complete all pages of the form clicking "Next Page" to move to each section and submit.<br><br>Notify the chair of your committee when completed.<br>

When completed click <span class=""><i><b>Logout</b></i></span>

That's it. You're done.
